3D gaurd cell morphology
3D rotation of hypocotyl epidermis, including a mature stomate. Tag 37-26. The copcentric changes in fluorescence intensity about the stomatal aperture are seen in all cell surface lines. One hypothesis for the formation of these patterns is that they may be caused by the presence of compounds in the cell wall that absorb the excitation energy of the laser.
