Nuclear and nucleolar localization
Confocal stack of a single nucleus in an epidermal hypocotyl cell expressing nucleus, a fusion to a novel sequence. The fusion protein is preferentially localized to the nucleus, where it accumulates to an even higher degree in the nucleolus.
